Two different but always organic companies, two different methods of honey extraction, but the same research and the same passion for bees and for nature.Apicoltura Terre di Mario, in Suvereto, which produces many types of honey thanks to the nomadism of bees, or rather by moving the hives according to flowering, in a very vast territory that goes from the Montieri woods to Gerfalco up to Volterra but always in areas far from pollution and intensive cultivation and produce wildflowers honey, acacia honey and erica honey. The honey is then cold extracted and left to mature naturally until it is marketed.Federico Beconi’s farm has fixed locations between Campiglia Marittima, Suvereto and the Sterpaia Park and produces wildflower honey. In fact, in its crystallized honey (a natural process of honey) we find the scents of Mediterranean scrub and wood combined with the scents of the flowers of the Tuscan coast.
